1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RealConnect platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Nature of Services
RealConnect is a real estate discovery and listing platform that enables Users to:
- Explore property listings posted by property owners, sellers, developers, or authorized representatives.
- Connect directly with sellers and property stakeholders.
- Company refers to CloudCraft.
RealConnect does not:
- Provide brokerage or real estate advisory services.
- Guarantee property transactions, pricing, or approvals.
The Platform acts only as a digital facilitator and communication intermediary.
3. User Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.
- Provide accurate information during registration.
We may suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account Registration & Authentication
Users are responsible for:
- Protecting login credentials and account activity.
- Updating personal information when changed.
The Company reserves the right to verify identities and request supporting documentation if required.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Misuse the platform for spam or promotions.
- Violate applicable laws, including RERA (India).
- Copy or exploit Platform data or technology.
Users are solely responsible for their decisions and transactions.
6. Listing & Property Information
All property listings, specifications, and pricing are:
- Provided by third-party sellers/developers.
- Subject to change without notice.
RealConnect does not validate ownership, title, approvals, or accuracy. Buyers must conduct independent due diligence.
7. No Brokerage & No Financial Advice
RealConnect operates on a zero-brokerage model. We do not:
- Charge brokerage or commissions.
- Provide investment guidance or risk assessments.
All interactions between users and sellers are independent of the Platform.
8. Payments, Fees & Revenue Models
While RealConnect currently does not charge Users, the Company reserves the right to:
- Introduce subscription fees, success fees, or other revenue models
- Update these Terms & Conditions accordingly with notice to Users
Any financial interactions between Users and third parties are outside our scope.
9. Third-Party Services & Links
We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of third-party services
- Loss or damage from their use
10. Data Usage & Communication Consent
By using the Platform, you consent to:
- Receiving communication via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email for service updates
- Our use of submitted data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Personal data protection measures are in place but not guaranteed against breaches.
11. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, interface design, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Equest Capital.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce Platform materials
- Scrape data or reverse engineer systems
12. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold RealConnect and Equest Capital harmless from any claims, damages, litigation, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- User actions or misrepresentations
- Violation of Terms
- Transactions conducted outside the Platform
13. Limitation of Liability
RealConnect is not liable for:
- Property disputes
- Transaction failures
- Loss of data or profits
- Technical downtime or errors
Total liability, if any, will not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount paid to the Platform, whichever is lesser.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend access for:
- Illegal activity
- Inaccurate data
15. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Bengaluru courts have jurisdiction.
16. Amendments
The Company may modify these terms anytime.
