Unlike listing portals that mix old and new resale homes, Realconnect lists only brand-new, unused, first-sale, RERA-approved properties. There is an absolute confidentiality in contact details with the only option to connect is through the chat option.
Realconnect is not a broker. It’s a connector platform — we verify both parties and let them interact directly. We don’t charge any commission, brokerage, or service fees.

Each listing goes through a multi-step verification for (verified properties only)— RERA number, ownership proof (welcome letter or allotment letter or sale deed, etc.), and KYC before approval.
Any property which is less than 10% of the market rates and there is an urgency to sell then we categorise them under Real Deal whereby the seller wishes to get a quick exit and the buyers get to buy a better priced property.

No. We don’t handle funds directly or indirectly. For safety, we recommend using a bank escrow service to hold payments until legal transfer.
